Centennial Campus Middle School is a Wake County Public School System / NC State University magnet program.
PROCTORS ARE NEEDED FOR END-OF-GRADE TESTING
Please volunteer to be a proctor at Centennial Campus Magnet Middle School during our end-of-grade tests. The only requirement is you must be 18 years of age or older. There is no teaching, no answering student questions, and no technology involved. Your responsibility is to monitor the students and be an extra pair of eyes in the classroom for the teacher. We are currently in great need of proctors for our EOGs each morning from Monday, May 12th through Thursday May 15th. The amount of time you will spend in the classroom as a proctor is dependent on the test that is given for that grade level on that day. The testing time usually ranges from 2 hours to 3 ½ hours. On the day of testing, please dress casually and comfortably (jeans and sneakers are acceptable).
Proctors must attend a 10-minute training session prior to testing. It is only necessary to attend one training session regardless of how many days you are volunteering to proctor. This year, our training dates and times are:
Wednesday May 7th, 1:30pm to 2:30pm
Thursday May 8th, 7:30am to 8:30am
Friday, May 9th, 6:30pm to 7:30pm for parents who are dropping students off at Dance.
7am to 7:40am on the day that you are proctoring.
If you are able to assist our CCMMS family as a proctor, please contact Bill Strader at:
