The idea of Centennial Campus Magnet Middle School emerged more than 10 years ago and evolved into a collaborative effort between the Wake County Public School System and North Carolina State University. Centennial Campus Magnet Middle School involves an entire population of students, teachers and parents frequently engaged with faculty, students and facilities of NC State’s 10 colleges, as well as its corporate and government partners on Centennial Campus. As such, the school holds enormous promise to help young adolescents reach their full potential, to reach out to the community and to influence middle level education throughout our school system and beyond.
