WHO IS ELIGIBLE:
To be eligible to participate in the After School Program at centennial a student must meet the basic academic and attendance requirements. Students must be passing all of his/her classes. Each student may not have more than 3 unexcused absences per 9 weeks. The intramural/staff will evaluate students’ eligibility at interim time and at the end of each quarter.
Each student must also meet certain behavioral standards in order to participate. A student will not be eligible to participate if he/she is assigned in –house suspension, in-school suspension or after school detention on the day intramurals is taking place. A student will lose his/her eligibility for the remainder of the season if he/she has been placed in out- of school suspension. Students will be eligible to participate during the next season of activities.
TIME:
All intramural activities will take place from 2:35-4:15. Bus transportation will be provided for after school intramurals. If a student is going to be picked up at school their ride MUST be at school no later than 4:30 PM. Car pool pick up will be in the car pool drive. Please do not park or pick up your child (ren) in the bus loop. To help the intramural staff, please be on time to pick up your child (ren).

DECEMBER 4-DEC. 18 TUESDAY: BASKETBALL-6TH GRADE BOYS/GIRLS
JAN. 8- FEB. 28 WEDNESDAY: FLOOR HOCKEY (FEB. 6,13,20,27, MAR. 6)
THURSDAY: BASKETBALL 7TH-8TH GRADE BOYS/GIRLS
(SPRING SEASON)
MARCH 26-APRIL 25 TUESDAY: VOLLEYBALL (MAR 26,28, APR 2,4)
WEDNESDAY: HANDBALL (APR. 3,10,17,24)
APRIL 30-MAY 16 TUESDAY/THUR: SOFTBALL/KICKBALL (APR. 30, MAY 2, 7,9,)
**Students are also required to wear shorts and t-shirts for intramurals. They may wear sweat pants and sweatshirts if necessary. If your child is interested in participating in the after school intramural activities please complete and return the attached Athletic Participation Form. Students are not allowed to participate until this form has been turned in by the due date and insurance information is provided. A student must be present by the second day of a sport in order to participate because teams are divided up by intramural staff.
